I PURCHASED THIS LOVELY BLANKET FOR MY GUEST ROOM. IT ARRIVED AND I FOUND IT TO BE A TERRIFIC BUY! IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT AND SO VERY SOFT. BECAUSE THE MEASUREMENTS ARE GENEROUS, IT ACTUALLY FITS BEAUTIFULLY ON MY KING SIZED BED. THERE IS AMPLE SIDE & BOTTOM EDGE "HANG-DOWN"....I USE IT UNDER A QUILT WITH BEDSKIRT AND I DIDN'T WANT IT TO BE LONGER THAN THE QUILT. I HAVEN'T LAUNDERED IT YET, BUT I'VE HAD OTHER ITEMS MADE OF THE SAME MICROPLUSH FABRIC AND THEY WASH & DRY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. I BELIEVE THE PRICE I PAID FOR THIS BLANKET WAS VERY REASONABLE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRACTICAL AS WELL AS LUXURIOUS BLANKET AT A FAIR PRICE, I THINK YOU WILL BE WELL-SATISFIED WITH THIS ITEM.

This is the most perfect between seasons blanket. Light enough for those cool California summer nights when you need more than just a sheet. The material is very soft, pile and fuzz free. I highly recommend this product.

I feel more like fleece than microplush. If u like fleece this would be you best choice.

Ordered this as a light weight summer blanket and found it had the "just right" amount of warmth. I feel cozy and not weighed down. And it is wonderfully soft to touch. Haven't washed it yet, but see no pilling and it has no odor.
Update: 8/30/08 Washed it twice and its just like new. My husband & I just love it.
