We saved money buying these rather inexpensive sheets for our new king size plush pillowtop bed. They are wonderful! The other review was a little too hard on them. The package actually states that these are "Egyptian Cotton" even though the description on amazon doesn't mention it. Being Egyptian cotton, they are the high-end quality because they are super soft and a little thicker than your normal cheap sheets. I highly recommend these sheets. I do not think you will be disappointed.

for an inexpensive price. I bought them under the stress of needing any sheets for a guest in a new bed that we'd just bought. They are smooth, but seem to wrinkle a lot. They were difficult for me to put on the mattress because it is a platform bed frame and the 360 degree elastic on the fitted sheet was hard to get on while holding up the mattress from the frame. I also have to mark the bottom of these sheets in permanent marker so that I can always tell which part goes where. They have held up well so far, but it hasn't been long since I got them. The guest said they were okay to sleep on. The pillow cases fit snugly and seem to be soft - but I don't sleep on them because they aren't on my bed. For $19 for the set, it's a good buy. I'm not too crazy about the "taupe" color because it looks a little too brassy.
