Awesome sandal that stays put! December 23, 2007 We love these! True to its description, it stays put. I would say it runs a little small-- my son is a size 7 and they already leave a light mark around his ankle. These were great during the summer/fall!
The best shoes in the whole universe! November 10, 2007 I recommend no other shoes for toddlers. These wear incredibly well- my son thrashes shoes and these have remained unscathed. These are great in almost any weather, even though they are labeled as sandals, because you can wear them with or without socks. Even though the soles are soft, the thorns in our backyard haven't seemed to go through them. They are also ideal for having the toddler wear to church because then he won't rip up your clothes while he is sitting on your lap. Our kiddo usually begs to take off his shoes, but always leaves these on. These are our third pair of robeez- he's been wearing them since he was little and always grows out of them before he wears them out. Actually, he grows out of them slower than other shoes because they have a bit of stretch.
Hole in toe of shoe, within a few days. July 21, 2007 I loved Robeez for my baby when she was crawling, but now that she is learning to walk, I am not so sure that this is a good shoe for her. Within a few days after purchase, there was a big hole in the toe of her shoe. These shoes are pricey, which I am fine with as long as the quality matches the price. I may try buying one more pair, but if there is another hole, I will no longer recommend these shoes for a child when they start walking.
Super Cute and Keep Foot Cool June 17, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Once it started getting hot, I had trouble regulating the temperature of my 5-month-old's feet. If I didn't put anything on them, they got a little too cool. If I put socks on, they got too hot. I discovered that this style of Robeez is a perfect compromise. The little vents keep his feet from overheating, and the leather keeps them from getting too cool.
It doesn't hurt that they are absolutely adorable on too!
