THEY SENT ME THE COMPLETELY WRONG ITEM AND I'VE EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. BASICALLY, I GOT A CHEAP NECKLACE WHEN I ORDERED A RING. NO JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!

I bought a cross pendant including a 16" rubber chain. The cross was nice but the chain didn't match my age. So, I gave it to my 16 years old son which goes perfectly with his style. I found this silk chain at SILVER INSANITY with a 24" reliable length. The item was received a week earlier than the expected delivery date to my country Egypt, and what a chain!!! first it was deformed when out of the package. I introduce the cross pendant and weared the chain. Amazingly after a while it took the neck shape and I FELT NOTHING... Yes, nothing was on my neck. The silky texture and the feeling of the chain are unbelievable. Very comfortable and elegant. Highly recommended both the chain and this respectable seller.
