"Egoiste" balm is a wonderfully scented skin balm/after shave from Chanel. Besides being a soothing and cooling balm after shaving, it is sensually scented; not flowery or over-powering, but masculine and long-lasting. Besides, this is the only place on the 'net I could find the stuff! Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every penny!

This is perhaps one of the best Chanel fragrances ever made. With it's bold mix of unusual elements, this sweet and masculine scent is a must for the mature man. Very formal and seductive, this starts out with a bayberry scent that is somewhat evocative of Christmas, with its potpourri of herbs. It then dries down into a bright sandalwood finish that lasts for hours. Dark and complex, Egoiste is not for everybody. Those who can appreciate it will be rewarded time and again.
