 Timex Expedition Adventure Tech Digital Compass - Brown & Tan November 24, 2008
I specified the Brown/Tan watch because the other colors shown appear to be different models.
I'm on my second one of these watches - the first lasted about 3 years before I lost it at the gym. The "new" one is a little over a year old now. I used to go through 2-3 watches a year (usually Timex), but these have been virtually indestructible.
What I like about it:
1. Durability
2. The compass works well. (Other Timex models with compasses didn't)
3. It's comfortable
Dislikes:
There is a polyester-like material over the leather on the band that gets raggedy-looking pretty quickly. It's by the clasp/buckle, so it's usually out of sight, but a plain leather band would have looked better (and probably been cheaper to make.)
The dislike is pretty minor. It is still by far the best watch I have owned, and I hope they are still making it when the one I have now finally wears out.
