The New Guy is just the shoes i was looking for. The sole is a perfect non-skidding rubber. I would like to buy the brown but i need the sole to also be brown so i changed my mind on this. I would recommend this shoes to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive comfortable pair of shoes.

These are a must have for your arsenal. They fit slightly close for medium width but I guess it's the new shoe feel.
Comfortable to drive with, well an AUTO transmission anyway.
Nice soles that don't make noise.... - Great buy!
The shade brown is a bit lighter than portrayed here though but good still.

I bought these for my husband, and he hasn't stopped wearing them. He walks all over DC in them, and they look equally great with jeans or work-wear.
