Good Buy May 9, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The B-train is really the best shoe I think I've ever had. No cut corner what so ever. The difference is easy to see when working out in them and I've seen improvements in my preformance as a result. From the main concept of the strength/speed system to the smallest detail of the holes for the shoe laces, (which buy the way are the only ones I've ever seen to bereinborced insuch a way not to chew up the laces after repeatedly being tied as tight I have a habit of doing) the b-train is a good buy. the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, they are unfortunatley the most expensive shoes I've ever owned. However unlike other shoes with similar concepts they can be worn every day like any running/cross-trainer.
Sore glutes... March 4, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
So far so good. I thought that I could get away by going to the dorsi 3 insole right away, until walking for 15 minutes put me straight (and I work out 5 days a week with weights/cardio). I have had them for the weekend, and my glutes are sore, and i really feel like they are making walking/running/jumping harder. The shoes are pretty comfortable, and the cushioning is good. Hopefully someday i will be able to dunk with these. Perhaps i will update this when i get up to dorsi 5.
