Sorry company to deal with November 11, 2008

I orderd a pair of mens flip flops for a cruise from this seller size 13 Stuyaks. Well it took 12 days to arrive to my house. Two days before the cruise ended. They sent me a pair womens flip flops size 10 green with flowers, wouldn't that look good on a 6'1" man 250 lbs. I was angry. I called the customer service on Monday. They said the person who handles that sellers issues will be in on Thursday. I called thursday and they said sorry we must have sent your shoes to the lady size 10 in Fla. We will send you a new pair and have UPS pick up the other pair. You will get an email indicating same. Well no email yet and the womens size ten are still in my livingroom. Bad service and worse customer service.
