Good looking and comfortable December 1, 2008 They fit well and do not rub like others do. They are a little heavy so they did not get to go to Borneo as planned and the pair that went rubbed.
comfortable, size just right September 29, 2008 There's a review reporting that these shoes run large, and another that they run small. I've bought four pair, and all fit as expected in my usual size. (Goldilocks trope now complete.) I would have liked to be able to tighten the strap over the toes a bit more, but that hasn't diminished my comfort in any way, as I walk a great deal but don't otherwise qualify for the "sport" label. After a summer of daily wear, the soles of my first pair show no sign of the usual cracking at the ball of the foot. The shoes are reasonably priced ($20), and I've been very pleased with them. They're the next best thing to going barefoot, and I expect to be wearing them well into the fall.
Summer Foot Comfort September 15, 2008 Summer Heat and Summer feet are my problems. I used the Is Easy With Mossimo Gopher Sport Sandals. No problem and no Hot feet. Ned Kost
Good Shoes September 11, 2008 Good shoes for the money. Not great, a little cheaper quality than I thought. They are not that comfortable either. They are okay, but the comfort level could be better.
A step down July 30, 2008 The sandal this one replaced was much more comfortable. The front strap seems to be useless because is is actually attached closed, giving little or no adjustment. The rear adjustment strap is not needed, if it needed to be loosened your heel would be hanging off the back anyway, so lose the back adjustable strap for a permanent one and I'll just buy the right size. With those front and rear adjustable straps comes extra flaps of leather which have rubbed blisters on my feet. I like the leather insole but the cute little pinstripe design started peeling off the first time I tried them on. It's a step down from their previous version. I'm looking for replacements.
