Great Shoes October 10, 2008
This is my moms user, Im a guy. These shoes are great! They lasted me a whole season of Cross Country(freshmen year) and I can still feel the cushoning. I put about 500 miles on these and 500 on my air pegasus, the air pegasus are hard now but these are still soft. The best way to buy running shoes, if you're an avid runner, is to buy 2 pairs. Break one in and use it for a little then do the same to the other pair and alternate every day or few days. I did that and now my air pegasus are casual shoes because the cushoning has worn out. If I would have known how great these are at the beggining of the season I would have EASILY bought 2 pairs instead of Nikes. Not that the Nikes are bad but I think these are better quality and more durable. These are also lighter. The ONLY bad thing about these is the design of the heel is a little different then some other shoes so it might take a week or 2 to build calusus back their but other than that they are pretty much perfect. When I go looking for a pair of winter running shoes there is a 95% chance that I will buy these so definately take a close look at these. The sizing is normal. There is a very slight chance it might be a half size too small but its pretty basic. Thank you Saucony for making such great shoes!

I have worn Saucony shoes for many years. Since I have stopped running,I switched to some of the brands purchased at Kohl's. They are extremely popular; but, do not hold up during every day wear. After a few weeks they look used. Saucony: however, will stand the stress of every day wearing as well as running every day and after months, they are still a nice looking and fitting shoe

I walk, don't run, anymore. I've been very disappointed in "walking shoes". No support, fake leather, lasts 2 months. I returned to running shoes, and especially Saucony shoes. Their legendary wide toebox, while more narrow than those of days gone by, is still the most comfortable to me. This particular shoe has proven to me to be the best value and the best performer for what I need. I'm 55 yrs. old and not svelte. I have had knee and achille's tendon problems in the past fron running, but have had no re-occurance of these symptoms, even when walking 30+ miles a week. (I know, I know, I'm a wimp). Incidentally, they work for me fine when riding my bike, since I lost the SPD's.

This is a great running shoe at a great price. Probably the best cushion shoe that I've ever worn while also being durable. I will buy again...

Great shoe. Great fit. Very comfortable run. Took a little longer to break in, I suppose that's because I've never worn the "Guide" series before. Good value. I expect nothing less from Saucony. Best running shoes out there!
