Very satisfy by the product and I was impresed with how fast I got the order.

 Read the Return Policy VERY carefully February 24, 2008
The standard size was smaller than I am used to with Birks and I planned to return them for the next larger size. Then I realized your have to pay for the return yourself. While I thought about this a few weeks passed, there are NO returns after 30 days. The shoe itself looked nice but I lost $50 because I did not read the return policy well enough.

This is the third pair of Betulas I have bought from Midwest Sports. The first two pairs were great, the third have a lot of excess adhesive on the inside upppers, which is rough and flakey - and not particularly comfortable.
Double order November 5, 2007
I received a double order and both returns were handled very well. I probably wouldn't order shoes again on line but I was not disappointed with the seller and how they handled the returns. The product by the way appeared to be a quality product.

A top quality shoe that is so confortable to wear. It keeps the feet warm. It has good adjustable buckle.
