These are solid sheets but not exactly luxury March 5, 2007 15 out of 16 found this review helpful
Folks, there are Frette's bottom of the line sheet. They are called the "Hotel collection" because they are durable workhorse sheets. They aren't bad, but they're definitely not in luxury territory. For that you have to move up to the 500 thread count and above, whether Frette, Pratesi, or Sferra Bros. These softed up a bit after a year or so of use, and are decent values on sale (less than $250). If you pay the $600 retail, you are best served with a company that isn't coasting on it's name.
Product not as good as advertised or a knockoff February 23, 2007 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
"The sheets did not meet my expectations especially considering the cost. I had heard good comments about Frette sheets but I could not get them soft despite contacting Frette and following their detailed care instructions. I contacted Linen Spa and they will not accept the returned item for a refund."
MUST BE MY SENSITIVE SKIN January 4, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
These were supposed to be soft and thick. Well, they were nice and hefty, but they were so prickly I could not use them. However, I must say that the company has great customer service and refunded my money. So for that they get the stars!
