When I started to unfurl this duvet cover, I was extremely disappointed. I had read most of the reviews, good and bad, but I did not expect the actual product to be of such low quality. I thought I was unfolding newspaper print. Isaac Mizrahi should be ashamed to have his name associated with such a tacky-looking product. It looked so cheap that I didn't even fully unpack it because I knew it was going back. The material was lifeless with no luster or shine that should make the lily pop. I am glad I ordered it through Amazon. Its return policy was simple to follow, and I received all my money back, including shipping and handling. Thanks, Amazon!

I've been waiting to review this until after I washed it to see if what a lot of people are saying about it bleeding is true. If you look at the reviews that say that they say that they end up with 'tiny black dots' on the white parts of the lily. That is juts part of the design! I had no trouble while washing AND drying it. I just washed it in cold water and it came out just fine. I was a bit worried about what size comforter would fit inside, but I bought a queen comforter and it's actually just a tad bit too small, which is fine. I've only had minimal trouble with it slipping, nothing more than an inch or so though.
Some people were complaining about it being too stiff and not soft enough; it's soft enough for me. If you do buy it and find that problem just use your top sheet in between it and you so it doesn't bother you as much. I'd recommend this set to anyone, it looks great!

Overall, this is a nice duvet cover and sham set -- the lily design is very pretty and not too cheap or printed looking. I would definitely recommend washing it with fabric softener before putting it on the duvet, since it's rather stiff otherwise. My only real beef with it is that there are no ribbon ties; for the price I expected something a little higher quality, but it's nothing that can't be fixed easily.

This duvet set is exactly as it appears. The only thing I have found that I do not like is that it is not as soft as I would like. I plan on trying fabric softener next time around. It looks beautiful against my red accent wall and is so classy and chic.
I get comments on how great it is on a regular basis.

I'm a minimalist, when it comes to designing the bedroom. I like one thing to really stand out, and have everything else accent.
So when I was looking for a duvet or comforter for my new apartment this year, I thought "I HAVE to have that!" And let me tell you- it's perfect in my bedroom. I love how it just stands out from the rest of the room (which has a dark red wood).
I think the way my boyfriend put it was best- it's understated and bold. And if you're like me, and like simple things that really have an amazing photographic element, this is it. I decided to use bright, bold jewel toned sheets, though, to really make it stand out.
