This is a great blanket and does its job... basically to keep you warm. For the price, this is a great heated blanket. I just use it under the bedding sheets to heat up the bed. When I use this blanket it allows me to turn down the heat at night when I want to save money on the bills.
If you follow the remote instructions and the fabric care directions, then this blanket will serve its purpose. I keep hearing all these people say that this is a cheap blanket. Well, what do you expect for $30??? I'm not sure about you, but I'm not going to spend over $100 for some fancy blanket that I know might get dirty and abused in the first place.

I bought this electric throw. It does not heat up. Contrary to what Dealyard says, they will NOT take it back or reimburse shipping. They directed me to contact Sunbeam directly which I did. I need to send it in at my expense and Sunbeam will repair or replace it but it will take at least a month to get it back. I will not shop through Dealyard again!
