 Works fine but the blanket pilled very easily August 26, 2008

Functionality-wise the blanket works as described, however the material feels kind of thin and cheap. It pilled very quickly and now looks much older than it actually is. I might opt for a higher-end version next time I'm in the market for a heated blanket.

YES!! Everybody needs to own this electric-blanket!!
It is just perfect and ready to warm you-up at night when it's too cold, or to keep you nice&cozy to watch t.v..... that's why I call it my "cozy-coat" keep very near you!!
 good conditions but not automatically shut off April 21, 2008
everything is good, good heat but it doesn't automatically shut off like it said in the ad that it will automatically shut off within 10 hours so you have to turn it off manually every morning or when you feel too hot.
Review of Electric Blanket April 9, 2008
Thanks to Amazon.com for selling out of season items like the electric blanket I ordered. I have to sleep with an electric blanket year round and I usually end up having one quit working in the spring. I really like the Sunbeam Royal Nights Electric Blanket. It is easy to use and keeps me toasty warm all night.
