This is a heavy, gorgeous blanket. There's nothing like Egyptian cotton. The color is very classy, it's not a bright or Barney purple. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Thanks Amazon!
I couldn't be happier with this blanket August 30, 2004
I just got this beautiful blanket and couldn't be happier.
It arrived in perfect shape.
I love the tightly weaved pattern most of all.
The material is very sturdy and comfortable.
The color is a deep,rich purple so it can bleed a bit in the washer. Overall when washing the blanket,it can handle almost anything. I'm glad to have finally found one that I can wash regularly without falling apart as well as use every night.

This blanket was half off at $25, so I ordered it. It come in only 2 days, but with two noticable holes! Since the shipping was $7+, I didn't send it back, as there's no guarantee I wouldn't get another one with holes in it! I mended the holes, but I am very unhappy....when I do a "search" for an item I want NEXT TIME, if I see Amazon.Com on the web address, I will pass it by for another reseller! Very disappointing....
