Amazingly smooth, soft sheets, and I got them at a bargain sale price. Only sheets I'll use, and they're holding up well against the little kitty that likes to romp over my bed. Have had them for months, and there are no signs of wear or pilling. Excellent!

I was purchasing a King-size Bed and my sister wanted to know what I would like for my birthday. I tell her some nice sheets for my bed would be great and send her links to LinenSpa on Amazon.com. She orders king-size sheets and they arrive. I remove the bottom sheet from the package and notice there are two separate bottom sheets, and realize the set is for a Dual-King. I immediately email LinenSpa's customer service to let them know the mistake made only to find a month's worth of grief. In the first reply, it was made clear that since the bedding had been removed from the package, there was absolutely nothing that could be done for me. For one month, I continued to correspond with their customer service, pleading my case and the ridiculousness of the situation while receiving the lamest excuses. Finally, the customer representative stated that I could send them back, but if the sheets weren't in mint condition, then they would send them right back to me.
A couple weeks later, I received King-Size sheets with a full-king bottom sheet, however the top sheet is short and barely stretches the width of the bed and it also has a noticeable large "water" stain on it. Needless to say, I am incredibly disgusted with this company and the way they treat their customers. In the duration of email correspondence, I bought sheets from Kohls to make due for the time being, and they were actually just as nice for half the price... Egyptian cotton sateen sheets. The quality of LinenSpa is good, but it isn't great, and it certainly isn't worth more than $[...].
At all costs, avoid this company.
gets hot at night for some reason?? July 17, 2008
For the most part, we like these sheets because they are extremely soft and comfortable. The only weird thing I have found, and I can't make any sense out of it, is that it retains body heat and gets very hot every once in a while at night. Very strange - maybe it's the tightly woven thread count??

These are the most comfortable sheets I've ever used. They are extremely soft and and nice and quiet, unlike some other sheets I've used that are noisy and crinkle a lot even after washing. These were great. I plan on buying more in the future.

Sheets were very soft and comfy, however the pillow cases that came with my queen sheets were standard sized not queen. Also when I washed them (Tide no bleach), the sheets came out with lighter and darker areas.
