It features a water resistance of 200 meters (660 feet) and a large silver, coin-edged unidirectional elapsed timing bezel and red and blue engraved markings. It has a shimmery blue dial background with large luminous dot dial markers and luminous hands (with second hand), as well as a day/date function at 3 o'clock. The black, pressure-vented urethane strap is extra long to fit over your wetsuit. Other features include a battery indicator, Japanese quartz movement, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. This Seiko watch is covered by a limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty (includes 1st year worldwide coverage with 2nd and 3rd years valid only in the United States). This warranty does not cover the strap, crystal, watch bracelet, battery, or any watch accessory. This includes, but is not limited to, any pouch or belt attached to the watch. If the watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Seiko, the warranty becomes void.

have had this watch for a month. Solid and classy. Face is a dark metallic blue, unlike the picture. I have a new favorite watch and Seiko has a new fan.

This is the second Seiko I have owned in 15 Years. The quality can't be beat. The first Seiko went through Iraq with me and never missed a beat, the reason I bought this one is because I wanted one that wasen't beat up like the first. I have had more expensive watches that didn't stand up. The only negative thing I can think of is Seiko discontinued this model.

Much nicer than the pic even. It has the sapphlex crystal, so it's scratch proof, keeps excellent time. Much better than the automatic Seiko's which are legendary, but let's face it people, quartz is simply better than the best automatic movement - and the 7s26 of the Seiko automatics certainly doesn't qualify or belong in the same sentence as "best automatic movement". Those typically run 10 - 20 seconds fast per day. I've owned the automatics and sold them. Not this Seiko. This Seiko is about 2 seconds fast per month. Which would you run a railroad with? This is a true divers watch, it is rated to 200 meters in depth and has great lume on the hands. The dial is not as bright as blue as the pics make out. It is more of a midnight blue, but does have the metallic look to it. The bezel is tight and smooth and matches up perfectly with 12:00. Highly recommended.
