I have surprised my wife with many different gifts the past 10 years until I found out that all women want is jewelry.
Then I made the mistake of trying to guess what kind of jewelry she would like. I got her a birthstone pendant (Blue Topaz) only to find out she doesn't like blue,
I got her diamond studs to find out they were too small.
This year I got her pink harts, a set of earrings with a matching pendant.
This was really perfect and for once really well received too.

I was blown away by what I got. The 14k gold setting is really solid and well made, larger than what I expected and the pink sapphires really look great, very pink, clear, clean and very brilliant. The matching pendant was even better than the earrings, substantial with a white and clean genuine diamond set on top, and a free 14k gold chain. The presentation is what really made the difference for me.
My gift really looked like a million bucks!
From the great looking earring box (looked like a treasure chest!) to the velvet pouch and the giftcard I filled out, it really looked special and expensive. Most of all, it looked like I put in all this effort and spent a lot of time putting it all together for her.
She was finally blown away by a gift I have gotten her.

With pink harts it doesn't really matters if she likes pink, or she likes hearts or even if she likes jewelry. It's a symbol of my feelings for her and women really love stuff like that. She actually told me it was the most romantic gift I have gotten her in the last 10 years!
